Psychiatrists used to only push meds. Good to see you are pushing connection!

This is so helpful! I find that the older I get (I'm now 69 and still feel like I am in my 30s), the easier it is for me to step out of my comfort zone because I no longer worry about impressing others. I like to try new things because it makes me feel energized. Thank you for addressing loneliness.

I chat with people while out running errands. The barista that makes my coffee or the cashier ringing up my groceries. It’s an added connection that fills in the gaps. I asked a guy about his T-shirt the other day that turned into a fun little conversation.

We usually do. The same way people can make our day just as easily.

I am going through the same thing in Tasmania! Moved here in April with my husband, we knew no one on arrival. Feel free to follow along. 😆 My most recent post is my realization that maybe this will all work out. My husband picked Tasmania. I was happy in the US. I guess that's what I get for marrying a guy from Australasia! And since I am out of the US, can I still avail myself of your practice? If needed, of course. You never know when you'll hit a rough spot!

What an adventure! Right now I can only see clients that reside in California or Florida, hoping to expand in the future!

Hello from the east coast. San Diego is beautiful! I enjoyed your tips very much. Have you written about or know of any resources for women diagnosed late will ADHD and what we can do about it vs feeling depressed because it was discovered too late. Thank you!
