Those 4 non negotiable’s have been my staple through many years of living with co morbidities. I wish they taught it in schools. Thank you for the reminder.
Maybe it’s a service you could provide once you are up and running solid? A staff member goes out to schools local to the area of your clinic once a month or whatever is manageable. A 1 or 2 hour somatic educational program for the basics of life.
I’m hoping to be able to provide this service in Australia once I have been able to stabilise my EDS symptoms enough. It might even be that I write the program but build a volunteer staff base to take it out. 😊
