I recently started using a CGM, too. It’s been very useful (though my first one fell off long before the 14 days, so I need to call the company). I didn’t realize how much fluctuation certain foods were causing. I believe it’s going to help me get a handle on health.
Thanks. Happy to discover your Substack recently. I often write about wellness from a holistic perspective. I an a retired counselor. I still do some coaching because I love helping people. I an currently writing a book on transformation, healing and growth.
Unfortunately, I developed a “brown tail moth-like rash“ after I used a lavender lotion given to me by my boss at the time, and when I stopped using it the itchy rash went away. Thus, I say “the anti-stress herb stresses me out”[grin] As a result, due also to the fact that I have asthma I avoid lavender in any form.
What brand of CGM did you try?!

I feel the same way! It's such a great tool. Glad it's helping you as well :)

Good for you, Susan!
The lavender treatment sounds very interesting!
Yes I'm excited to learn more!
