Dr. Annie Fenn, of Brain Health Kitchen, posted an excellent article last year …”Creatine Do’s and Dont’s”. (Link below, if it works) I had always thought it was just a supplement for body builders. Turns out there are a lot of advantages, as you pointed out in your post. I’ve been taking 5 grams daily for 6+ months with no bad side effects.
I always smile when your newsletter arrives in my inbox and I'm so happy about your news on the closing! I look forward to updates as you and Ari make the new house your own. Congratulations!
Very newsy. I had never heard of Creatine as a supplement, so further research needed for me. Glad your house is ok. I wondered because of severe weather recently in San Diego. Thanks so much for the tips
I'd be interested to see how creatine would help schizophrenia. I know Shade is affected quite a bit by her food. Caffeine is becoming a big no no. But if it has mood swings for bipolar, it might be wise to let them do more testing than to just try it out.
Creatine can cause digestive issues, muscles issues, and dizzyness so is it good for long term? ( example - using it for like 5- 10 years everyday) or can result into something more serious?
Also, Can you please cover how different things in technology can affect us both positively and negatively? Thank you so much for the newsletter!
Dr Jake, check out the YouTube channel Epic Gardening for some great tips in gardening in urban spaces. He is in San Diego too!
I will thank you for the rec!
Wishing you the best for your futures in San Diego! Thanks for your informative newsletters.
Thank you so much!
